Rackaid saved me alot of trouble today!!! An error was made and files were deleted from our server, We opened a ticket and within 5-10 mimutes a backup had been restored by rackaid and all was well again. This could have taken us much more time to correct on our own and I know we saved much precious time thanks to rackaid. They are worth evey penny!!!
I have been a client of rackAID for many years now and have had no less than an amazing experience with them. From simple to complex server issues the service has always been reliable and excellent.
