The absolute worst of the worst. I placed an order (dry goods) for one item 2 months ago. Never answered any emails regarding any delay and today, almost two months later, notified me it was on its way. This was charged back on our credit card and settled long ago. I ordered 1000 crickets for the unbelievable price of $22.98 an they got here within 2 days my beardies love them an i will be ordering from them asap thx wormman
I've ordered about 25 thousand crickets over the last 3 years and they have always delivered as promised. One time they were DOA, I emailed them and they promptly delivered me new ones. I would recommend them to anyone.
