RatePoint Support Center

What is the difference between “All Contacts” and “Contacts Used” in RatePoint?

The "Contacts Used" statistic keeps track of the number of unique email addresses that have been imported into your RatePoint account in a given month. If a contact is imported, but the contact is then removed because it is invalid, has unsubscribed, or has been deleted, it will still register as a “Contact Used” until the date of your new monthly billing cycle.

As an example, a RatePoint member with a 5,000-contact RatePoint Plus package cannot email their entire contact list, delete the list and upload a different list of 5,000 contacts in the same month without upgrading to the 10,000-contact package.
