The site seal is generated dynamically. If you have simply copy and pasted a seal image on your website, the date will not update.
To fix this you'll need to replace this image with the proper seal code that will generate a new image each day. Log-in to your Business Center account, select Site Seals and choose the seal you wish to place online to get the proper site code.
