Everything was handled very professionally. The only problems I had where with funeral home contacting me when they said they would. This was easily handle by me calling them.

The people on the phone were helpful and pleasant. I was not given all the information that I needed to have filled out at the same time so the cremation was not handled in a timely manner. I ordered the Howard Miller clock and am very happy with it. It was less expensive from Lone Star than it was from the Creamation Society - the exact same one. The clock arrived sooner than I had anticipated. It looks beautiful in my den. Thanks for great service.
