Getting it right the first time!

The last time I’ve ordered from another dealership they sent the wrong parts. It became a nightmare when the right parts went missing in transit. The customer service at that dealership was going to charge me to have those parts replaced!

I've ordered numerous parts from BernardiParts.com. They always get the order RIGHT every time, and the delivery is prompt and VERY quick. Did I mention EXCELLENT customer service? The guys and gals at their parts department show patience and courtesy to all customer inquires over the phone. I am one!

The only MAJOR complaint I have with them is the carrier they choose to use for international shipments: UPS. When the packages arrives UPS charges: custom duties (as detailed on their website), taxes (this is a given) and other bills and adjustments (UPS sends a letter to you to pay these 'other' fees weeks after you have received the package). Not only will you have to adjust for the currency conversion for each part, but the inflated (after) delivery fees will only fatten the final cost for your parts. As a rule of thumb: when ordering from a dealership who uses UPS as a carrier, inflate the final checkout price to 50%, and add that 50% to you final invoice. I suggest USPS as a carrier for international shipments: they don't have any hidden administrative fees and cost and surprise invoices. ALSO please be aware that there’s a lawsuit pending against UPS for international customers who received packages through UPS.

But despite their choice in carrier, this dealership is transparent, honest and friendly. And their prices are the most competitive I’ve seen online in a long time. I would even go on to further say: that I would buy my next Honda from Bernardi.
