Gigenet has great uptime and a great network overall. Their support team is always quick to answer questions both through tickets or telephone support. It's rare that I need their assistance, but when I do, I have comfort in knowing they will always be there when I need them.

I have had several colo experiences over the past few years. Derek and the crew at Gigenet have been, by far, the most helpful and knowledgeable staff I have done business with. They are always willing to lend a hand and always keep me informed of any happenings at the facility.

Awesome support, great service.. Call them up they will help you with anything. Pricing USE to be a little bit more than others, but now are equivalent to others now. I'm a GSP, and their routing is superb for my gaming clients. I did have an issue ordering new boxes though at one point during the 2 years I've been with them.

Gigenet has the best firewall filtering available. I have been a Gigenet customer since 2005 and will continue with them for many years to come. Their customer support knowledge and response times are excellent!
