Have colocated with Gigenet for 1 year now with just one short outage. Remote hands service was quick and effective the one instance I needed it.
The best compliment I can pay a colocation facility is that you don't ever realize that they are there. Gigenet has done that for me.
My initial setup experience was excellent and was out of the facility in 30 minutes or less.

I am the owner of an online teaching business that provides education to thousands of students across the 50 states every day 24/7. I cannot afford to have computer/server problems or I will be out of business. Gigenet is a first rate provider of online services and server support. My experience with Gigenet has been nothing short of perfect.

When joining I was doubtful at first, having had many bad experiences with previous hosting companies both for my use and my clients` use.
I was, in fact, experiencing a hard week back then. I had servers with a company that could not keep a machine running. By the time I joined Gigenet I was on my third day of downtime and this was the second time in the same month. After I placed my order I was back online in three hours thanks to Derek and his wonderful staff.

These guys pay attention to EVERY SINGLE detail and answer very quickly every email you send them.

They give me all the tools I require. The hardware and their network are as reliable as it gets. I only needed tech support once in almost two years; the incident was my own doing and had to ask for help. Their response was incredibly quick and efficient, none of those “let us keep looking into it" evasions.

Gigenet helped me forget what downtime felt like. I have not experienced downtime in almost two years now...

Needless to say I'm happy and won’t be going anywhere else....

Our experience with Gigenet so far as been great. They delivered what they promised as far as services and support. From a technical standpoint everything has been working well. There have been no outtages that affected us and the latency on our line is low and stable.

We have not needed much service or support so far but any time we have submitted a ticket it has been addresses very quickly.

One minor thing to improve is the availability of KVM crash carts in the colocation area. Sometimes those are unavailable when we need them and we have to ask one of the tech to get one for us.

I've been with Gigenet for well over a year and my experience has been consistently outstanding. Support is very fast and friendly. At one point I was having an issue with hardware and during this time I was astonished to see the very quick responses. Hardware issues can be quite detrimental to a business but Gigenet's support helped to minimize the impact. Network issues are very rare and the performance is always great too. I am always notified in advance of any maintenance as well - this is much appreciated so I can communicate with my customers appropriately. There's not much else to say - it's been a very pleasant experience and I have no doubt that it'll continue to be this way. I hope to add more servers with Gigenet soon.

The service and up time is great. I have contacted the support many times and they have always been very prompt with their responses and glad to help. The only downfall, which is said to be 'fixed' in about a month, they will be offering hardware firewalls to place in front of your dedicated boxes which they do not offer at the time. Other than that, I have found them to be great with very reasonable prices.
