I've been using Gigenet for about 18 months, and I've never had a better experience with another datacenter.

They provide extremely high levels of service. I can only recall one instance where there was downtime, and the problem was resolved in under five minutes.

Whenever I've had a problem, I've received extremely fast and knowledgeable support through their online support system or over the phone. Unlike other datacenters, Gigenet supports any issues I've had, at no additional cost, unlike some other datacenters I've used.

Another great feature is the advanced management interface for your servers. Through it, I can power cycle my servers in case of any serious issues that prevent me from connecting. It also contains a great deal of information about all of your servers, such as server specs, IP addresses, and bandwidth usage information, providing one place to easily find anything you need to know about your services.

I've tried several different datacenters and hosting companies, and while Gigenet is not the cheapest datacenter out there, they offer extremely high value and better service than you will find anywhere else.

I found Gigenet to be a great choice and value for hosting the dedicated servers for jobvertise.com. They are prompt to answer questions and provide reliable service. I appreciate the way they provide advance notification of planned upgrades to the network systems and infrastucture. Network uptime has been fabulous and they have plenty of resources to support our growing business.

So far my service with gigenet has been absolutely stunning. I am blown away by the easy to access support and quality service. The price is just right, and the products offered are competitive to that of the market, my time with gigenet has been nothing but positive and I plan to stay with, and purchase more products from gigenet and continue to use them as my dedicated service provider.

I have been with gigenet for over two years now, host two dedicated servers with them: one box is used for web hosting the other one is used as an irc server.

It has been a great experience: a small but very dedicated group of people with a lot of experience in this line of business; never had a problem with their server setups or hardware; quick and reliable support by email and phone; these people really appreciate the business they get from their loyal customers and they reward their loyal customers with incentives: free setup fees, free licence on a control panel, discount on renting more than one dedicated servers, credit for referring others to them.

The reason why I picked gigenet (and I have hosted dedicated servers from 6 different companies in the last 10 years) is their expertise on mitigating Distributed Denial of Service Attacks (DDOS). They are the best in the business in my honest opinion. It is that extra layer of network security that sets gigenet apart from the rest of the industry.

I have only opened 10 support tickets in 2 years with them and that is a good indicator how stable their network is and how quick they are to address problems. Usually, in less than 15 min I have received a response by email from a tech looking at my issue.

My only concern that I have is whether gigenet will be able to maintain this high quality of service as they grow the business with time.
