Server4Sale has been a customer of GigEneT for past 5+ years. We are not just there client but also reseller and if we are doing over $10k+ a month business that means something. We have used all kind of product they have. We have clients asking specifically for there network to be used for there cluster solutions. All i can say is if you need to be 100% up. GIGE is the place where you should be looking at.

I have been with gigenet for about 5 years now. Their improvments to their systems, network, and facilities have been astronomical to say the least. Improvements in uptime, support, and new ticketing system has been great. Support for Windows based O/S has been lacking int he past but has improved lately. the fact that they are cooperative and work with their customers is a great relief from the other places I have worked with in the past.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Gigenet.Sie helfen sehr schnell in Bezug auf den Problemen beim server oder bei anderen Problemen wegen Rechnungsstellung! Die Hilfe ist sehr persönlich und fachlich sehr kompetent! Auf spezielle Fragen erhält man eine sehr ausführliche Erklärung! Die DDos-protected IRCD server haben fast keine Downtime! Updates von switches oder Arbeiten am Datacenter werden früh bekannt gegeben! Ein wirklich guter Ort um IRCD server zu hosten!

I had this chance to find Gigenet, while I was seriously in trouble , under a Ddos attack. My client's web site was being hammered hardly. We've been unable to operate at all. Mr. Raines solved the problem with Gigenet's Proxy Shield in less than 1 hour. Then We started to use gigenet's hosting services.

Since then, I am extremely happy and satisfied with what I get. I can say, that Gigenet is the best company I have seen so far. I 'm not looking for a replacement, and I wont.

I have been hosting with GigEnet for over a year. In that time I have only had one down time that was short lived. GigEnet is very good about communicating, well in advance, about any actions that may or may not affect our service. We went through a hard drive swap out recently, where our production server was getting the main os drive swapped out; needless to say there was plenty of room for problems, GigEnet staff swapped out our drive while on the phone with us and made sure everything was done and satisfactory before moving on. The best thing about GigEnet is I do not have to wonder if my service is going to be up, it just is. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

I've been a gige costumer for years and i have nothing but good things to say about gigenet.

Gige is one of the few networks that is still standing strong with all the other competitors out there.

Gige's Customer Support is excellent ! It takes a few mins for them to answer your ticket and resolve all your problems.

I'd recommend gige to everyone, I will always be a proud gigenet customer.

I have worked with several ISP's around the world in my professional career, rented hardware from Gigenet for a year or more now and I can safely say I have no complaints about the level of service they provide. Gigenet's staff are technically literate, deal with requests on a personal level and always in a prompt fashion.
The only minor issue I have is with their dedicated server control panel which lacks any clear indicator of the bandwidth used in past months gone by, so far this month and the predicated monthly usage at the end of this month.
