Greetings,

I have had servers with gigenet for about 4 years now. And I must say
this is the best provider I have ever dealt with. Their Technical
Support is exceptional. I can't tell you how many times that they have
gone above and beyond. I Honestly can't believe how quick to respond
they are. I have never had to wait more than an hour before getting a
response. Not only are they quick to respond but they know what they are
doing.

The service? Well I have yet to find a provider that even comes close to the
service at gigenet.

Gigenet has always been there for me. I have only been a customer for a month, but have been bugging their sales reps for weeks before the purchase. They helped me out with reloading my OS multiple times in the beginning and the reload was done within the hour! When I submit a ticket, I get a reply in 4 minutes with a resolution or a question for more information. I will stay with Gigenet and will definately recommend them to any family member or a friend. I rate Gigenet 5/5 for their great service, and connection! Not one second of downtime since I have been a customer!

We've used some of the bigger 'name brand' datacenters in the past, but like any behemoth, the bigger DC's are slow to respond and we were just company X in their revenue stream. Gige has always treated us with attentive, knowlegable, and personalized support and their commitment to their customer base shows.

Great people. Great support. Great Company!

I have been with this company for 5 years. Initially (first 2 years), they were not very good, but after moving into their data center their service and quality have been exceptional. I have absolutely no complaints. Things I like about them:

1) Connection has been up - that's a must.
2) Their customer service is very good - their response time is fast.
3) Once you get to know these guys (Derek and Ameen), they are very easy to communicate and work with.
4) Their facility is kool and clean and it's located in an area that's very accessible.
5) Parking is plenty.

Overall, I give them 4 stars because I don't think any service is a 5 stars - there's always room for improvement even for the best.

On many occasions, Derek has help me resolve technical, billing, and other problems related to my company's web site at no extra charge. He made sure my company's web site is up and running. I have been with Gigenet for nearly 6 years now. I was a customer back when the operation was called Global Web Host. In these years I have had nothing but stellar service from these folks, and the turn around time for questions and support is very quick. I have seen the company grow from once being co-located to now having their own data center and have never been let down. I look forward to many continued years of service from these guys.

The contrast between Gigenet and our last host has been phenomenal. Our previous web host would (frustratingly) take days or even weeks to reply to our support requests. Gigenet on the few times that we've actually needed support, has been extremely fast and responsive, and has worked to quickly solve our issues.

The pricing of Gigenet's services as compared to other hosts is a great value, and they worked individually with us to find a solution that fit our budget.

Our uptime has been 100% since started with Gigenet, and we appreciate that they go out of their way to notify us of network maintenance, even when it's not going to effect our uptime or server performance.

Gigenet really go above and beyond as a host, and we would recommend them to anyone.
