Best service, best filtering technology available in the market: There is no need to worry about attacks. Support is great; I particularly like the fact that I can call and speak to a rep when there is a problem. Highly recommended
Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. Pricing has gone up rather quickly in the last year/since ownership has changed and lower end boxes are not advertised as much but otherwise Great TECH SUPPORT.
Great! I signed up with Gigenet on recommendation from the forums and have been over the moon with the service. The techs have gone out of their way to assist me with every aspect of my server, from DNS issues to getting SMTP working on multiple ports, all stuff they do not need to do as an unmanaged service, but it is very much appreciated! ... Gigenet has been a great provider throughout the years and their service is the best I have ever used. Support is always extremely fast as I get responses within 10 minutes. Their network is a superb with a great blend of providers. Their uptime is excellent and their prices are amazing. I have never been so happy with a provider.
I've been a Gigenet client since March 2007, shortly after the data center opened. The reliability of the service has been nothing short of excellent, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!
