This chess set is perfect. Being a business owner and a chess player, I usually attempt to examine games between task. This set vanishes when I'm not using it, but when I do, it allows me to pick up right where I left off without having to reset the board and pieces. Thanks.

Initially, they were behind in responding to my email, but then they followed up with outstanding customer service-- delivering the goods within 1 day of the order, while covering the cost of the expedited shipping. Im very impressed, and am certainly a happy customer.

However, once I realized I ordered a chess set with only two queens and made an attempt to purchase two more, I was told that this was an impossibility. Is this ultimately my own doing? Yes. Does the Chesshouse response represent exemplary customer service? No. Three stars.
