I purchased a set of luggage for my trip to Italy. It was really nice sturdy, roomy, colorful luggage. The price was unbelievable and the color was my favorite Purple. I was the envy of my friends! I told them to stop envying me and shop at Bags for Me!

Purchased an expensive bag with a defective zipper (no fault of BagsForMe) and had to return it (twice). The BagsForMe folks were very responsive, open to a number of options to satisfy me (the customer) and ultimately hooked me up with a better item. The prices are very competitive, but its the customer service that'll bring me back
