I have had nothing but the best service from Golden Oak Stables. I have ordered from them for a number of years now, and I have always received my shipments quickly and in perfect condition. They also have great prices, which keeps me coming back. I will continue to only make my yearly Breyer purchases through the Golden Oak Stables web-site. Can't say enough good about them.

I was very impressed with my Breyer horses and the ease of the site and fast delivery of my order. They packaged the box so well to protect the inside boxes from any damage in transit, it was impressive the professional and extreme effort of pride and care they put in this. It makes a big difference in whom you select to purchase from at least for me. They confirmed my order immediately and I feel the correspondence with them about my purchase was excellent. I would purchase from them again and recommend their services. I was also impressed with their offer of free shipping with a $50.00 plus order.

We started doing business with Golden Oaks a few years ago and have been very impressed with the professionalism of the Company.

There are a lot of local shops that sell Breyers here in Indiana; however we have not found any with even close to the selection of Golden Oaks.

With that said we have never been disappointed with a transaction yet.

Stephen at Golden Oaks has always proven to be very responsive. The products not only arrive very securely, but surprisingly quick!

Ultimately we feel much more confident with our purchases with Golden Oaks, than alternatives such as E-Bay.

Customer Service is first rate. I thought I placed an order late on a Friday and then emailed to hold the order because I thought I found the item locally. Not expecting to hear anything until Monday, Stephen called that same evening to say my order had never even come through. They could have ignored the whole situation but didn't. For that kind of service they got that order and will have many more from me. I received the item, after re-ordering correctly, very quickly and am thrilled. Thanks, Chris
