I'm very satisfied in how ArtScroll handles its customers. I gave my wrong address to ArtScroll and when I found out, they still sent my Torah. I do hope that the person to which was delivered returned it back to ArtScroll.

My Wife bought me the Stone edition Chumash last year and I love it! Not only is the material inside beautifully laid out with insightful Rabbinic comentary but I haven't seen a book you guys make that doesn't have an attractive cover.
