We have been using a national company to service our first aid boxes. In an effort to cut costs, we thought we would try and do it ourselves. When I came across First Aid Supplies Online website, I was very impressed with their prices versus what we were paying. When I called with a question, I got a live person, not a recording, who was more than willing to answer my questions. I inquired about setting up an account and they emailed me information within minutes. After it had been submitted, someone actually called me, told me how to order, said I could do it online, by fax, by phone, however I chose. She gave me my account number and said we were ready to go. Our first order saved us well over $150 compared to what we had been spending. They even called me to thank me for our order! There is a common used supply form that you can print, take to your supply cabinets, see what you need, and then order. It is extremely easy to manage ourselves. Since we have started doing it ourselves, we have noticed we are not buying as much as before. Makes us wonder why? Hmmm... maybe we didnt need the extra product the sales person that was automatically filling stocked? I could not be happier since we have switched

My experience with the company is very good. Ordering is easy, confirmation is fast, but may not tell me if what I have ordered is actually in stock.

In a recent experience I was sent a substitute item for one that was out of stock. I was not aware until I opened my shipment and made a call to inquire about the difference between my order and my shipment. The solution was simple and the help I received was top notch.
