I'm a professional website developer. In my line of work, because sometimes my clients already have a hosting company, I've dealt with a number of them. I chose to host my own site at CWI a year ago, because they offer great hosting packages. Since then I've had had a number of positive experiences in communicating with their staff. Whether it's their billing, sales, or tech support department, I've found everyone there a pleasure to do business with, no matter what the issue. THAT, to me, is the greatest benefit of all.

On top of great customer service, and a flair for helping small businesses, their hosting packages are quite generous and affordable.

I'm in the business of building websites, and I recommend CWI to all my new clients.

I've been a client of CWI for well over 5 years and whenever I have any hosting or co-location needs I go back to them. In my view, it is the excellent customer service that sets CWI apart. Even outside of regular business hours the support team's responses have been fast and very competent. I typically use Linux hosting and my support questions can be fairly elaborate at times and yet I've never encountered any request or problem that wasn't handled within just a few hours. In addition, CWI uses very recent but stable hardware and software configurations to make sure customers can take advantage of the latest technologies with minimal effort. I've dealt with other hosting and co-location companies but CWI is definitely the best I have found.

CWI is the hosting service for my web site. Every so often I have a crisis maintaining my web site....believe it or not, when I call CWI there is actually a REAL PERSON at the other end of the phone line who helps me solve my web site problems! Can't say enough good things about Randolph. He has been the super hero in my web site crisis every time and never makes me feel stupid. Randolph is a real miracle worker for web sites.
