I love my Go-Cart. Compact, cnvenient and easy to use. No more lifting or carrying! And with the long handle it doesn't run over my feet. I'm often asked where I got it. Thank you, CBS!

Lost a part to my part to my Large Folding Part that I purchased over a year ago and emailed for some assistance to replace it. Prompt answers to emails and shipped me 2 replacements right away. No hassle. Great Customer Service.

Outstanding customer service! Shipping to Canada can create real hassle and expense but CBS went way out of their way reduce costs for me. UPS charged me extortionate "brokerage fees" and when CBS heard my tale of woe they jumped in and absorbed the cost out of their own pocket !!!

My item arrived damaged, but the company's representative quickly resolved the problem by requisitioning a replacement. Response was quick and courteous.
