These guys are pros. Very good prices, great products, communication is excellent, and shipping is faaaasssst! My first order from them was 16 months ago and unlike many "gone by the wayside" internet companies, they are still around.

I have always been very satisfied with the speed of delivery. However, this order took 3 days to be shipped. Not sure of the issue, but that has not been the norm I am used to.

I ordered and received some Bunn coffee filters, and it was a great experience. The e-mail follow-ups to me clearly described what the status of my order was. I ordered about 10 PM one evening, and received the order in the morning of the second day!

Customer service was very responsive. The website monitor followed up with a phone call when a transaction did not complete correctly (03/31/09).
