I ordered a shag rug from Import Flooring. At first, I was hesitant since I don't know the company. But they have good customer service and the rug arrived on time. Plus the quality of the product is so much more than I expected.

Great selection and affordable pricing. Plus, free shipping! I don't recall being promted to choose the color of the binding for the carpets I ordered. But I was contacted by phone to make sure that I got what I wanted. They were delivered on time and I am happy with the quality and appearance.
