I ordered a mailbox over a year ago and it was made of wood. My husband could have made it. It was very hoky. He was not happy with it. I did call them they said they would send me an address to mail it back to them it never happened. I wrapped it up in the box and packaging it came in- they said I thru it in the box. NOT so as it was difficult to get back in the box. This mailbox cost me over 200 with shipping and handling. And also took over 3 months to get. They didn't bother to call to tell me that because I was in Canada it would cost more even though I told them that when I ordered it. Very unproffesional company. And then not to even bother to write back when they recieved the mailbox back and again wait till I contact them. This is a very unprofessional company and they like to take your money not give you a decient product.
