Blind part needed was very easy to find, well described and at reasonable cost.

The selection and ordering process was very simple and straightforward. As of this writing, I haven't attempted the blind repair that I purchased the cord for so I can't comment on that part! Beats sending the blinds back to the mfg. for repair as I have done in the past.

I ordered the vane savers for my vertical blind slats from Fix My Blinds. Six of my slats had completely fallen off the clips because there was no longer a slot to hang them on the clips. The $17 I spent saved me from having to spend at least $100 for new slats. Great business with speedy delivery time! I will use them again.

We were pleased with the replacement kits we ordered. They arrived soon after our order was placed. We were able to re-assemble the blinds using the directions provided. We found the directions to be accurate but too brief. A diagram would have been helpful. We also puzzled over where to join the cords since we had two kits and needed to use... More
