This is an excellent website, full of fascinating articles and videos - lots of practical ideas. Dr. Schubiner's blog is also very informative. His approach builds on that of Dr. John Sarno in a way that is for some of us a little easier to work with.

The Mind-body subscription program is also excellent. It demands some intense work, but the rewards make it all worthwhile. Dr. Schubiner is very present, contributing to the forum and answering questions with warm and encouraging words.

I did Dr. Schubiner's program online after meeting with him personally to make sure I qualified for the program. I found his program to be very comprehensive. In particular, I liked the journalling techniques he recommended. I developed a more intimate relationship with myself and am now able to take better care of my physical, mental, and emotional needs. Through this process, I am now pretty much pain free. When I have pain, I know what I need to do psychologically and physically to resolve it thanks to the work of Dr. Schubiner. I can't say enough about how effective this program has been for me. I am very grateful.
