Aubuchon in Webster Ma- fantastic- carries horse feed and always helps me get the 50# bags out to the SUV. Great work ethic among all the employees- always friendly and helpful. Rarely out of stock on what i need- and if they are they try to accomodate with either an alternate feed choice or an eta on arrival of what i want.

Store has what I want; staff is helpful and fast and store is clean.

Tom Roche always is there to answer any questions that I have, he finds exactly what I need and is such a friendly face. I drive out of my way to go to the Bedford store everytime I need anything.

The store in Riverside Plaza in Haverhill, MA has excellent customer service. The gentlemen went above and beyond to help me with the items I needed to buy.

Being the only hardware store in the immediate area, I find it to be far above standards compared to larger stores that are a good distance away. was immediately greeted by an employee who asked what I needed, then he got it for me. was in and out very quickly, which I appreciated.

THE BEST !! We have a major hardware chain in town and I never go there. No need to .... Aubuchon has evrything I need and the Manger and Staff are the best. They support local sports leagues just like they were a local mom and pop store. I look forward to going in to the store, infact I sometimes make excusses to go there.

Staff is excellent - very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. What a great store!
