I have had good experiences at Aubuchon's in Hadley, primarily due to the friendly and helpful staff.

I knew what I needed and where to go in the store to find it( I shop here often) so I didnt need help, but in the past I have had nothing but good to say about the stores selection, workforce, and prices. The people are very helpfull and personable.

when I made my trip to aubuchon hardware I had trouble finding a screw for my table. It was only about 1 minute before a fantastically good looking employee, i believe his name was alex, or al, came to help, he looked at my screw and found a match in about 20 seconds. GREAT STORE!

I went to Aubuchon Hardware to get propane and also a set of keys made. Danny was the nicest and most courteous employee and did a fantastical job. I will totally return to this store in the future.
