the customer service was fine and the product seems excellent too, the only snag was the manufactuer delay filling the order, which wasnt your fault in any way.

The item arrived in a very timely manner and everything was as expected, except that there were no zip ties included. I have not had the item long enough to determine it's effectiveness, but the company is very professional.
