The only thing I did not like about dealing with this company was that they would not assemble the custom chain that I ordered. I had no problems having it assembled by my jeweler locally. The shipping time was very acceptable and everything was delivered as stated.

The first order I received was partially satisfying. I was impressed with the quality of the silver chains but I was not happy with the silver cubic zirconia earrings that I received. The silver on the earrings appeared tarnished. I did not return them because they were only 5.00. If the earrings cost more than that I would have sent them back. ... More
