Terrific. The silver chains looked just like the pictures, they arrived fast and were well-packed.

The phone person was very patient and just great about helping me with the the size of the chain and concerns a first time buyer has about any online purchase at a website. The product was most excellent. It was larger and cheaper then the local store at their sale price, including the shipping and handling. The delivery was prompt.
