Representatives very pleasent and helpful. I was impressed as well with the length of time it took the pickel balls to be shipped all the way from the USA to Labrador (Canada), very quick. Also I just want to say how impressive your product is, the pickel balls are very durable. I am using your product for floor hockey and over 15 games were plaied and we still haven't even broke a ball. I have used similar products before and most of the balls have lasted only for 3-5 games. thanks you and I will be recammended your company to any one I can.
