The sales representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I asked several questions regarding the merchandise and all my questions were answered. My questions regarding pricing were also answered and the sales rep was very prompt in sending me a quote.

I was met with exceptional service by phone. All of my questions were answered and service was excellent. I will use MASA again.

I like your company because you have such a wide range of products and are easy to deal with. I have had one return and it went very smooth. It was an error on my part so I was glad to see the return authorization was handled quick and without hassle.
