when i called the office i was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. I had to call back once the car was on its way to learn the status, and again the response was prompt and the lady was apologetic.

I am writing to thank you for your excellent service and courtesies in shipping my Ford Focus from New York to Phoenix and getting it safely delivered to my daughter.

This is the first time I had to ship a car, and I must admit it was a nerve-racking undertaking for me until I spoke with you, made the arrangements, and met the driver of the tranport rig. All that put me very much at ease.
