Telephone support is generally good, problems are usually addressed quickly. However the cost of booking Consultants to attend our site is felt to be on the high side.

Overall the technical support team are always very helpful and there is always someone on hand to offer support. It would however be useful to receive an analysis of support calls logged to spot trends and reduce the amount of future support calls required.

I understand that after the visit it was discovered that the wrong user name was used to set one of the XRL laptops up. Apart from that my experience of Tecman is usually a good one.
