CyberLynk Network provides a very user friendly FTP Server, service. The upload speeds are a bit slow compared to others that I have used, but the downloads are on parr with the user's Internet access speed. They provide a great control panel for the management of the server, and the flexibility of several options for the client side connections. I would reccomend them to anyone needing to provide data via FTP.

When our company was looking for an outside FTP Hosting solution, we researched multiple providers and CyberLynk Networks was our pick. After many months using CyberLynk Networks services, the performance we demanded, with the resiliency we require at a much reduced cost has won over those within the company. I would recommend CyberLynk Networks to those looking for a cost effective, easy to use FTP solution.

I work for a company that utilizes Cyberlynk's SPAM filtering service. Recently, we performed a migration on a Saturday that entailed moving our mailserver from one location to another and putting a new IP Address on the mailserver.

I asked some questions of Cyberlynk before the migration, which Adam from Cyberlynk's Network Engineering department fielded promptly.

Once we actually migrated the server, on a Saturday, I called Adam directly and he repointed the SPAM filter to the new IP Address of our mailserver. Unfortunately, due to an issue on our end, we had to change the IP Address afterwards so I called Adam again, and he repointed again. I actually called him a few times throughout the day.

The first time I called him was probably around 9:00AM PST and the last time was around 7:00PM PST, so he basically had to make himself available in some manner to us all day long.

I feel fortunate that Adam was able to move quickly for us, more than once, and not on a tightly pre-defined schedule. This could have been a complete nightmare, but wasn't. Thank Adam!
