Hi Jerry, As we discussed immediately after receiving your complaint, we take customer service very seriously. Customer service AFTER the sale is very important to us. We understand that you want instant notification of geo fence violations. Unfortunately, GPS relies on cellular technology, and some times a geo fence notification can take up to several minutes to update in your account. Our technical support department has a protocol for answering calls and emails and we monitor this very closely. The longest response time to any trouble ticket that I am aware of is about two hours, but most are answered within about 10 minutes. You also have the option to call our support team by phone by calling our toll free number: 888-242-0500. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for your.
I have been a customer for 2 years and during that time have come to realize they are not set up to provide a service for end users. Hi Cory, I did as you advised & now (finally) it seems to be working correctly. Reporting at 1 minute intervals as well as showing the vehicle's position continually. fast response to questions, great service and an awsome system
Great personal attention to service and technical issues. System works as advertised with two locates right on target and over 400 miles apart. System is used on an Airstream trailer. Plan to test geofence when we next move the trailer. Also thinking about adding to a second car. Have lojack on first car.

RMT has a great internet interface that is very user friendly and comes with many great features. I am also very impressed with their customer service, e-mails get answered and phone calls get returned. What else could you ask for.
