The GPS trackers work great. I like the detail it shows. One time I took it down from my truck and when walking around the neighborhood, and the tracker showed everywhere I went to. I think it is a great way to see where your fleet has been at what speed and how long was each stop.

The tracker operates intermittently but I believe that is because of its technology limitations. The technical support is only available during the day and I believe this is a problem as many technical glitches seem to occur on weekends or at night when using the tracker to track errant teenagers. Great product - does exactly as advertised. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the software however. There was no manual in the package and I haven't looked at the disk since installing the program so maybe I should try that - it would have been nice if there was a quick start manual... Otherwise, I very happy with the product.
