Excellent service and communication from customer service. I received a confirmation email on my order immediately. When one of the items that I ordered was temporarily out of stock, I received both a telephone call and an email advising me of the situation and the estimated ship date. Rachel was great.

The jacket was for my daughter's dance team...they ordered them too large because they didn't realize they were unisex. I appreciate the phone call I received regarding an email I had sent about returning them and waiving the restocking fee but the girls decided to keep them. Service was excellent.

Product was received quickly. The product, although fine, does fit as intended. We spent too long considering options - when we realized that the return window had already expired. This short window will impact future purchase decisions.
