I have used rackAID for years, on a number of different projects. Jeff and his team are truly very good on the nuts and bolts and have kept my servers secure and running smoothly. When the time comes to upgrade hardware, I never think twice about using rackAid and think their services and process are truly exceptional.

They are always efficient and honest. Once I approve the work order, my system issues are resolved in less than a full day. They communicated quickly on every issue.

Excellent and prompt service with server setup and PCI compliance issues.
