I've been serious about knives (primary for kitchen work) for a number of years now and if I've learned one thing it is: leave the sharpening to the professionals. Bob is just that. Fast, reasonably priced, and -- most importantly -- VERY good at sharpening knives. I don't let anyone outside of myself touch my $100+ chef's knives.

I have been a mail order customer in the past and am now getting another box together for shipment. Fast service and a better edge than new from pocket knives to big carvers. Bob is the man!

We had Bob sharpen our knives while shopping at the farmer's market. Fast, affordable and most importantly, he did a great job. I won't bother with even trying to sharpen myself anymore!
