As a Culinary Student at the Art Institue of Houston, I depend on Bob sharpening my knives every quarter (it is how I do my best in class and perfect my knife skills.) I was afraid my kitchen knives were beyond hope! Bob sharpened all 4 of them and they're better than new! Very reasonable pricing, and lightening fast service! I mailed the package out from Mississippi on a Saturday and had them back in the kitchen on Thursday! Will definitely use this service again. I highly recommend Bob!

Bob sharped 3 cleavers I had bought in China 10 years ago. I had tried EVERYTHING to get a good edge over the years with no real success.
