When my desktop computer completely froze up and when it would frequently kick me off the internet, I finally decided it was time for me to get some help. My mom asked my brother, Steve Hartline who is the owner of MIX 104.1 radio station, if he knew of anyone who could help with our computer problems. He said Jeremy could help and I am so happy that he told us about him. I called him and he blew me away by his knowledge of computers just by speaking to him on the telephone! He came to the house and he started to click on things I never knew I had on the computer and looking through all this stuff that was on here and this and that and he started to dig inside the actual computer itself and was taking things out and putting things in and I was just amazed! A long story short, we had over 50 viruses on my computer that he was able to get rid of all of them and install a trusted virus protection software. He said that if we had let the computer go, in 3 more days it would have been beyond repair. Now it runs like I just pulled it out of the box! He also got the virus protection up and running on my new laptop. The next day he came back and installed wireless internet for me much much cheaper than what I would have paid to do it myself at Circuit City. Now, if I ever have a problem with it, all I have to do is call him and ask him what to do instead of calling customer service and being transferred to some man in India. All I had to do was open my front door and let him in and a little while later I had a basically brand new computer and the next day I had wireless internet! It was that simple. Jeremy, I will sing your praises to all of my friends! We love you!

Jeremy of Corptek Solutions is a life saver! He is prompt when notified of a problem and is very knowledgable regarding computers. When our Cruzer would not open, I had opened the phone book to find someone to help download important documents that were only on the Cruzer. Jeremy was the third phone call I made and was the only one who answered the phone! Truly a God-send. If you have a computer meltdown, Corptek are the ones to call.

I can not say enough about Corptek I.T. Solutions - their services are awesome!! I never have to wait more than a day (usually on that same day, they fixed the problem) for them to fix my problem. This company needs more recognition to the public and let the public know about them. I tried all other computer services in my area and I was not happy with any of them until I asked Corptek I.T. Solutions to help me with my laptop. Thank you Corptek, you're the best!

We saw one of Corptek's Signs below our subdivision at Eagle Bluff. We called and Maria had us scheduled in to fit our schedule. Jeremy with Corptek came to our house and networked our computers together, optimized them and gave us a free antivirus program. Corptek was fast and on time. We even bought our new laptop through them. They delivered our laptop optimized with Vista and MS Office. They installed a wireless router and connected the computers in the other rooms to the network. Jeremy spent time showing us how to use our new laptop and teaching us how to use Vista and the features it has. We liked Corptek's Service so much we bought their service agreement membership as well. Ted and I will highly recommend Jeremy and Corptek to anyone who needs computers, repairs, or any other Information Technology Services. They will sped the time to teach you anything you want to know.

I am very satisfied with the work that Jeremy with Corptek has done for me on my computer and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Jeremy and his wife are very nice and friendly people and take the time for their customers to make sure that they are happy and taken care of. Jeremy also does all the work on our computers for the company that I work for and we are very happy and pleased with his work.
