Every company has an occasional hick up in its day to day operations. This is one of those times. This customer was obviously very anxious to receive the item ordered even though he selected a slow method of shipment. We have a estimated 2 day ship window that we try to stick to. Many sword companies want two weeks. We feel that is unrealistic. We are looking at ways too prevent this situation from happening again. We will always try our best and continue to support our customers to the best of our ability.
