DVD product was advertised as "new" and in factor sealed package. It arrived unsealed and the DVD box was very beat up - definitely not new. Upon contacting Customer Service, their response was prompt to resolve my issue. They issued a full refund.

I've done two trades with FeedYourPlayer.com. One for an iPod classic and one for a Nano. The service is really a good value, especially when you no longer have much use for your CDs and DVDs. I'm now considering doing a third trade for a GPS or a digital camera.
