I ordered off of ebay and my item was shipped out the very next day. I recieved it yesterday so it took about five days. However, the CD I ordered was in such amazing condition that, to me, it was worth the wait. Thumbs up.

I had a fantastic experience. Online valuation tool was extremely useful. I liked the web page layout very much. The time it took to process my package was quite fast. In order to improve, I highly suggest making free prepaid shipping available as well as an ongoing status monitor online so customers may check where they are in the process.

This is a great service for recycling the CDs that you don't use. It allows us to get what we want and get rid of what we don't.
