Very fast and polite. I got a pressure gauge with a broken face and there was another in the mail less than 12 hours after I got the first. Excellent customer service. I will definately use them again.

I have received excellent service from Pool Parts Store - very prompt processing and delivery, and they immediately replaced a part that got damaged in shipping. High marks all around.

great supply of parts! I am not real pleased with only on-line discussion, personally like to talk to someone in person/phone, especially since they are pool experts and I am not. Hard to figure things out.
