I ordered the parts on Sunday, and they arrived on Tuesday from the Connecticut warehouse. Everything was in the box and the service was so fast that it makes driving out ot the pool store inconvenient.

I had no problems ordering any componets for my customer. Your company was very prompt when I had any questions concerning my order. I had a great experience.

Excellent transaction. Timely. Only suggestion: Should list parts and part numbers under each manufacturer.

SO FAR SO GOOD. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE THE SITE LOOKING FOR A FILTER CARTRIDGE, BUT YOUR RESPONSE TO MY QUERY WAS VERY QUICK. tHE ONLY THING LEFT IS TO GET THE PRODUCT AND BE SATISFIED.

Excellent site and I received my parts as ordered and on time. The only problem was the package was torn and beat up. The parts were fine but your packing leaves a lot to be desired. I have pictures if wanted.
