I ordered the wrong part. PoolPartsStore rushed me out another part ASAP. Unfortunately, this part was also not the correct part. It was my error and they refunded my purchase minus shipping. I was very happy with PoolParts prompt responses and prompt resolution to my mistake. I would do business with PPS, inc. in the future.

Great pricing and service! We ordered a part for our pool heater using the standard free shipping option and it was delivered at noon the next day and we had it installed that afternoon. They also quickly responsed to email questions.

So Far so Good, ordering was easy and they e mailed the answer to my question very quickly. Now just waiting on the part to arrive.
