Just received the Tivoli Tuscan style wall fountain and it works great but the copper finish on the water faucet is half gone and silver shows instead. A little disappointed in their quality for the high price.

I purchased a Terra Cotta solar fountain and had a few minor problems with it. I emailed customer service and quickly received a reply from Lori Gregorich. She has been extremely helpful,and very pleasant to deal with. She took care of my problem and I'm now waiting for a replacement for my adapter. Thanks again Lori!

Excellent Service

I am very happy with Serenity Health. The website was very easy to use and the shipping was excellent. I had the product in just a few days. Unfortunately SunJet Magic 290M is not working for me but Smart Solar is sending a new pump and they have been good too.

I have ordered 2 fountains from Serentiy Health and just "love them". One is an outside solar and the other is a battery operated desk size fountain. I haven't received the 2nd one yet, but I'm sure it will be just as beautiful as the first. Fast delivery!
