I needed a sofa & loveseat to be hauled away, and sent an email for a quote. Rich gave me a very reasonable quote via email. I made my online request after 5P on a Thursday, and Rich called me around 7P that night. He was able to accommodate me the next morning, saying he would be there at 7A.
