I was generally pleased with my experience, the product I ordered (12 watch case in maple) was also of high quality and looks very nice.

I originally received the incorrect item and while that is always disappointing the company dealt with the problem right away. Within 1 hour of sending an e-mail outlining my problem I received a phone call and e-mail response explaining exactly what was to be done to remedy the problem and they did exactly what was said.

I have bought 2 watch boxes from Watchcases.com but they were purchased about 2 years apart.

Everything is first class. Carefully packaged, quick shipping. I have dealt with customer service just to ask a couple of general questions. They could not have been more friendly or patient.

If I need a watch case (and I'm a collector) this is the first place I look and purchase from. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I purchased an Eilux jewelry box for my watches from WatchCases. I was really impressed with their customer service and prompt order processing. It took me some time to decide which box to buy, because I wanted a good looking watch box that also could hold my large
faced watches. Most boxes are too small and short to work. They were very patient with me.
Then after I placed the order to my surprise, they updated me immediately with a UPS tracking number
and my jewelry box arrived even before the promised time. I have been using my jewelry box and was
thinking about purchasing another gift from them for upcoming Father's Day. My husband has admired
my watch box and I thought I might get him an Eilux Watch Winder. I get so tired of him complaining about his Rolex not being wound. I was afraid to try to buy a winder any place else, but watchcases.com was so helpful that I am certain should anything not be right they would take care of me.

I purchased an Orbita Monaco 6 Watch Winder from WatchCases.com, and was very impressed with their online store. They had some interesting writing on Watch Winders and Automatic Watch Winding requirements. I appreciated the clear format and excellent communication.

They emailed me my Fed Ex tracking number for my watch winder. I had it shipped directly from Orbita and so it was slightly delayed(I saved a ton of money by waiting a few days!), but they kept me informed with email updates. When I got the Watch Winder I discovered due to my small wrists my watches did not fit on the watch holder pillows, I called WatchCases and they sent me a complimentary set of smaller replacement pillows! I will definitely buy from this store again. They also told me how to set my watchwinder for my Rolex, Breitling and Tag watches, though they told me to use trial and error for my other watches, however all 3 of them ended up winding in both directions, so it was easy. This whole process was easy and I felt very secure dealing with WatchCases.com every step of the way! Thanks!

WatchCases.Com was very good to do business with. The saleswomen who helped me with my order had a lot of product knowledge and was very helpful. I have puchased two watch winders from them and plan on buying a third. With both of my previous orders the winders arrived on time and were in perfect condition. Most important, both winders looked and performed exactly as I was told they would.
